We are concerning about spherical droplet problem in 3D de Gennes - Landau theory. By introducing a novel bifurcation theory, we rigorously construct the biaxial ring solutions and split-core segment solutions. The results confirm the numerical studies of Penzenstadler - Trebin in 1989 and Garland - Mkaddem in 2000.
